After trying the toy, from my experience the weight of it holds my erection out straight or slightly downwards instead of pointing upwards. This is not a big issue, just it is heavier than I expected based on the fact it is supposed to be lightweight. The first time I used this I was laying on the bed and was completely flaccid.
