Using to help with kegel exercises after hysterectomy/bladder repair. Still leaking, so thought I would try these. It's odd because most days I can keep in while standing doing hair/putting on makeup. Then every so often, you have a day where you just can't keep them in. So, I have never ventured out of the house yet. You really can't feel the single ball too much once it's in. Haven't tried double balls yet.

Not my favorite thing in the world but that's just my opinion. The presentation and the item are of really high quality, they are very pretty and shiny. They do come with a variety of sizes and they do their job, very heavy but that's how they are suppose to be.
