These are the first Kegel balls I've had and the first thing I noticed was how heavy they are. I guess that is so that you build up your muscles like when you lift weights. I like the texture which is similar to skin and the color is a nice lavender to set the mood. They aren't too noisy so you can use them at home or at work discreetly.
