Absolutely LOVE it! The weighted balls help put weight on the pelvic floor and I feel it makes the vibrations stronger. Great cramp relief and super easy to change out the three individual balls. The weighted and the vibrating one are shiny and very easy to clean.

I had trouble with bladder control. Most Mother's know what it is like to pee when we sneeze. These balls are actually helping with that. I have only been using this for less than a week, I'm finding that I'm getting stronger, have more bladder control, and feel more confident. The material that it is made of is gentle on me, it makes it easier to insert and remove and clean them as well

It came in a discreet box ,The package has 2 balls with 2 different weights and 1 ball with 10 vibration modes. 10 vibration mode which surprised me and actually can make me happy
The quality is really nice and it's very good to touch. These are the key things you feel comfortable to use them inside of the body.
Just had a baby 2 months ago and hope this could help with bladder leaking
Doctors recommend doing kegel exercises to keep your pelvic muscles tight and help bladder control. Ideally all women should use them for 25-30 minutes a day for 25-30 days.
Not too much experienced in the use this ball. But as a beginner, it is great to use and comfortable and easy cleaning and using.
